Self-storage rentals at our facility are month to month with a signed lease. In addition to the initial month's rent, there is a $20 non-refundable maintenance fee. Only the renter has access to the storage unit using a unique code (and any specified individuals by that renter). Homeowners' insurance or renters' insurance normally cover items in storage. Otherwise, insurance is available for purchase. Our storage units range in size from a 5x10 to a 10x30 and are also available in climate control.
The renter must provide a lock for the unit. Our facility offers disk locks for purchase. The disk lock is recommended as the most secure type of lock. At A-1 Self Storage, we have additional security measures such as:
